Yeah they are! Got my black pair in today from someone on ebay. No spare laces or keychain, but it came with the round leather laces, so that's all that really matters. I was just gonna stick with the blacks and blues, but I'll probably end up getting the light grey's eventually, too. Haven't worn any yet since it's too hot for all leather sk8-hi's, but I know come fall, they'll be in constant rotation!
