I know, I know, we’re a little late to the party with the info on the Star Wars x Vans collection. Making it’s follow-up debut, to the Vault By Vans x Star Wars pack, the general release collection has been at retailers since June 1st. This is the first collection to drop, featuring some fashion forward designs, mostly comprised of patterns, such as a floral Yoda print, a Boba Fett Camo one, as well as a Storm Trooper paisley bandana print. Designed to wear with anything, and not just be a collector piece, which is a smart move. There are a few accessories as well, which aren’t pictured here, which include a backpack, a snapback hat, and some clothing and socks. Head to your nearest Vans retailer, as they should all have them in stock. Oh, and next season, look for a more “darker side” of the Star Wars campaign to emerge.

“Inspired by the early years of California’s skate and surf scene, Vans Classics presents the next installment of the “Golden Coast” collection featuring the Authentic, Classic Slip-On, Era, Sk8-Hi Reissue and Style 36. The collection reminisces over the time period with a special series of checkerboard and two-toned color-ups in vintage tones. The checkered selection showcases the Authentic and Classic Slip-On in five allover prints. The original form of the Old Skool, the Style 36, is also highlighted with checkerboard paneling and suede overlays. The two-toned offerings, the Era and Sk8-Hi Reissue, conclude the assortment with a throwback color palette of deep water, red, dress blues and spectra yellow. The “Golden Coast” editions of the Authentic and Classic Slip-On are available now at select Vans retailers while the Era, Sk8-Hi Reissue and Style 36 will be available beginning in July.”

“Stussy and Vans bring together their most favored motifs for a new collection this season. Taking to the classic throwback silhouettes of Vans’ Vault collection, Stussy has outfitted the OG Era LX, OG Style 36 LX and OG Sk8-Hi LX with three distinct patterns from their prolific canon. Shawn Stussy’s original “Tom Tom” pattern from the 1980s is executed on the Style 36 shoe, complimented with neon green striping and beige suede at the tongue and toecap. The Era LX gets treated with Stussy’s punk “Bones” pattern across the entire upper, contrasted by vibrant sky blue at the interior and leather heel panel. Finally, the OG Sk8-Hi LX sees its own hallmark checkering mixed with Stussy’s infamous 8 Ball print, interrupted by a bold red sidestripe. All three pieces will release in June at worldwide Stussy chapters, as well as select Vans Vault retailers, priced reasonably between $65 and $80 USD.”
