Man, everybody's in on the Vans collab lately...

"Steve Caballero's Half Cab has been our favorite skate shoe since its inception in 1991 (before that we made our own by cutting down his original high top), so when Vans gave us the go-ahead to customize a shoe, using Stevie's signature design was an easy decision. Going with a straight-skate colorway and high end skateable materials was our basic idea and true to our background. A flat black full grain nubuck with a suede feel mixed with a durable poly canvas make up the upper materials; further customized with small Plus logo embroidery at upper heel, top 3 eyelet hardware evoking the look of axle nuts, and 2 sets of waxed laces (black and white). Features a flexible vulcanized sole construction, high grade removable PU insole, Duracap toe bumper for added reinforcement, and grippy gum rubber outsole with Vans Classic waffle grip tread pattern. Comes with black & white laces.

Hmm pretty good price and a decent looking shoe kinda reminds me if a black version o the first dsnb half cabs.. If they have them at the end if the week they're mine...

Dope! Woulda' been more dope with a grey midsole! Vans already done did this make up many times, in many materials...not sure if the eyelets, and nubuck/canvas are enough to make it a hit. Clean nonetheless! Blogged!

kinda don't like it. not sure why, but I feel the plus sign ruin the whole shoe, kind of out of place.
