The uppers are water repellant with minimal stitching to stop the soak-through, waxed cotton laces wick away moisture too and non-slip waffle outsoles make sure you don’t get caught slippin’. The Black Crab pack will arrive at select Vans retailers, including Off The Hook, on March 1."

Hmm... Not sure how I feel about these. Not a big fan of black midsoles. Cool concept though, although I doubt anyone is actually going to use these for their "intended" purpose.

I'm also not a fan of a black midsole, but I am a huge fan of a water resistant shoe and the authentic model, so I'm excited to see the Authentics.

Source of this pic and info, so I can reblog it? I did a Google search and it only brought up Sneaker Freaker, and they took it down. Is that where this came from?

The quote above said they'll be arriving at more than one retailer, if this is true, they shouldn't be too hard to get.

I did see that, but unless the retailer sells online and ships international, I'm SOL

I dig them. practical for several uses and well suited for some who lives in Oregon
