Its been stated before that there is no Syndicate "S" on the lateral side tag.

thats because it is not written in the traditional Vans font. The artist whose shoes these are wrote the "Vans" on the label.

This goes for all forum members: if you have pictures of samples, keep them to yourself. Please share them only via PM's with other members.

I can understand the motivations behind keeping things hush-hush, but at the end of the day, the photos are put online. It's a public space (depending on your stance on "public" space on the internet), and it's not us who are expressly going out of our way to get the photos and maliciously spread things online.

We're not Vans corp, we're Vans fans, and I'm always excited to see something new.
Besides, you don't necessarily know if these aren't supposed to be getting out. If vans was smart, they'd do things like this, posing as regular enthusiasts, sharing what they dug up online.

What is real? What isn't?

Let's not censor the forum. If Vans sends Guam a cease & desist, he generally takes them down.
Seems to me that that's the best thing atm.
Let's not squirrel away details and create a black market forum that exists only in PMs.

I totally agree with this.
I along with many others (im sure), would like to see what lies ahead. I like to know what I need to save for. If pictures have been leaked, then the blame falls 100% on the person that leaked them, not the people that continue to post. If you have respect for your job, then you wouldn't bother to take these risks.

For me, that's the ideal scenario.
Respect Vans' wishes, but let's not do the dirty work for them.
