When you order a sz9.5 and they send you a sz4.

Dang! Somebody was Zzzzzzzz.

After talking to them apparently my order was for a sz 4 somehow and 9.5 is sold out so now it's either enjoy my sz 4 or get store credit.

maybe you have to add the 4 and the 5.5 to get your 9 and a half...

Man, that sucks! And how come I live less than two hours away from the store and haven't gotten my pair yet?! Hopefully mine is the right size! haha

Just got these in, after more than a week of waiting..

The leather on them is ridiculous. On par with the chili pepper blends'.

If you paid via credit card you may be able to stop payment and start a dispute resolution. Only getting store credit sounds very unfair. I'm hoping my pair will be on when it arrives. I hated when the sk8-his were missed as their website crashed. I wanted those.

They'll do exchanges but I already have any of the pairs that are left in my size on their site which is about 2 pairs. Size 9 isn't sold out yet so I'm gonna exchange and see if I can squeeze into them. Fingers crossed but my luck by the time it gets to them that size will sell out too.

My 9.5 finally came today! Haven't tried 'em on yet, but when I get home I can let you know what I think on the sizing, Chris.
