So I just got home from SD about 20 minutes ago. Wow what a crazy day! Long as fuck, but epic. This shoe has created a hype amongst die-hard collectors, and newbies alike, that we haven't seen in awhile. When's the last time so many people BEASTED over a Vans shoe? Not one person has said these are a pass. Over the past few days I've been getting pm's and texts from a lot of you, who I haven't heard from in a long time. Being that these were localized to SoCal, AND there only being 100 pairs, I can understand why I was hit up so much. Blends employees were also telling me that people were calling in, name dropping OTWS, hehe. Sorry it didn't help, and I couldn't be of much help to most, but at least some OTWS members got their pairs, even if it wasn't your size. Realize that you are still super lucky to even own a pair. I'm sure if these were a 200-400 pair run, then we could've worked out a pre-order of some sort. Maybe! Each location had on average of about 21-23 pairs I think, and only one 12 per location, but like three or four 10.5 and 11s. It's too bad that the baddest sk8-hi of the year and perhaps ever (next to Taka's Pendleton Sk8-Hi IMO) had to be limited to only 100 pairs. That's gonna make these a true collectors item I believe. BTW speaking of Taka, I finally got to meet him and talk with him tonight, and he said he knows about OFFTHEWALLSITE and he likes what we're doing!! Whoa. Mind blown!!! That made my night, and this whole day worth it! Well, congrats to those who lucked out. Time for me to hit the hay!

Actually. I called around three just for shits and giggles cause I figured they'd be sold out. And they said na we got one 10.5 left...my exact size. I asked them to hold it for me and I'm on my way now about 40 mins out . And surprisingly they did on such a limited release. So stoked they did that for me.
