Here is a pair that I picked up today.... they look similar to the Vans Vault Donny Miller Slip-On that looks like a lace up.

They had them in a few different colors...

I got the bison/white ones and a blue pair (lighter shade than the Vault Donny Millers) that will be shipped to me.

I am also looking for the Donny Miller's like this in the red and navy blue models size 8M... message me if you know where to get em.
