Yeah. I agree. Putting a spin on a classic is cool. But don't change the classic altogether. When people see the vulcanized sole the think vans. Don't change something just as recognizable as your logo.

Any info on were in the los angeles area i can get my hands on these

Oh, I know, which is why I'm ok with it here. Although for classic models like these, I would prefer the overlap I think. Not enough for me to dislike the shoes altogether, though. They're definitely nice! I'd moreso prefer the lack of the writing on the stripe in a handwritten font. That always just reminds me of some kid writing on their shoes.

going to be a sick release regardless! I dont mind the writing on the sidestripe actually its another thing that Wtaps made popular and I'd like Wtaps to continue that!

Anyone in here want Wtaps to work on an Old Skool silhouette as bad as I do?

It'll be hard to beat supremeb08, and Jason Jesse for me, honestly, I'm not a fan of all of the patterns on shoes. I'd be more excited about a new model based on the old skool.
