I may be reading the wrong ads, but those lunargrands are decently under 300. It's high, but for those who doubled up on the zippered sk8-his, it's about the same. Why the balking at the cost? They're sick, but for a decent pair of dress-ups, it's not unreasonable/out of the question price-wise.

Leather LunarGrand's are $278 and suede ones are $248 - that's quite a bit of money, but if you look at it as a pair of dress shoes - that's how much you spend for a really nice pair.

Exactly, can't exactly be comparing $60 half-cabs to proper wingtips. I'd rather have the HCs, but thats because I've already got some swell formal jams.

Finally getting around to putting these up. Last 2 weeks.
