Anybody know why it seems that the vast majority of the Authentics have that dent in the toe? It's very subtle on my pair, but I've noticed it in just about every single picture I've seen of 'em, whether it was severe or subtle. I can't believe it's cuz of the leather, cuz I've got other smooth leather Authentics that don't have that issue... Just seems weird to me!

yeah I got that on the left shoe of my Authentics. I also have it on the left shoe of my Filson Eras.

all of my stock had em...I apologized to the first customer, and then noticed thats just how they all were....ill give it to QC, at least they are consistent, ha.

I had that problem with a few of the Carhartts I saw..... maybe has something to do with the style of box they used??

I had that to. I believe the box was just a tad smaller than it should have been and when the shoes are stored the heel tabs squish into the toe area. Thats what i believe happened.

I've been wearing the black authentics for about 2 weeks now and the little dent on the left shoe has sort of gone away. It's a little noticeable, but not as much as when I first got them.

The buyer might not want these, so I'm putting up just in case anyone's interested. Let me know.

Wow, Solexmoney actually has an 11.5 in the Navy for sale up on eBay. Damn, I already hit him up about them, and he's just not ready to go lower on them. He has the only 11.5 in existence, haha, and I NEED it...but not for double the price I got mine for from Brant! Damn. Well, I'm also bummed now, knowing that there were 11.5s made after all.

ouch. yeah for double the price its just not worth it...good to know someone out there got an 11.5 though...
