Everytime you click to put in basket you get an error msg. Seems they really dont want to sell these.

Right on. I fucking hate people that do this. Many in the collector communities are super guilty of buying multiple items of something coveted and sticking it to their "forum friends" as well. No respect from me. There are exceptions to the rule...and Jesse, our situation is one of them. I can see $20-$30 for the sake of saving the time/hassle of picking up a pair but shit gets out of hand with the +100% mark-up.

Sure, I'm probably stupid for not trying to make a buck when the potential is there. But I don't think in the 100+ of shoes I've sold on eBay/forums have I made anything and both sides walk away happy.

Sucks that I'm going to miss out on these bad boys. But there are definitely many other models releasing soon that can cleanse my palette of these

Yeah I'll admit I did it once. I had so many burgandy Wtaps at the release. But it was hard for me to sell them all the way I originally intended. I traded some, cut deals for some, and even lost money on a couple. I feel so guilty when it's sitting there in the corner and I see tons of posts from kids just dying for them. paying retail is a privilage now. I agree, there's a certain point where it's out of hand. I don't follow nike sb much anymore but from what I can tell, that whole deal is fucked up. $400 seems to be the going mark up? And their dunks arent even good anymore!

I can't even count on my hands the opportunities I've had to wrake in the dough on a release but just turned away. Not for me, some other cancerous hype kid ruin the game a little more. I feel you on the loss with these, but I think the time is going to come. I want the black joints outta this pack and I'll get them one way or another haha.

Check out EBAY Germany they had a few up but not my size and not that expensive (so far).. This has to be one of the biggest busts for Vans in the US this year what a bummer....
