Those turned out awesome! Weird that that's almost the exact same colorway I was experimenting with in the Old Skool. I had the purple checks, blue foxing stripe and laces, too... haha Definitely gonna have to go ahead and order my pair next chance I get.

Agreed. The fact that they've had Vans customizations available for about 6 or so years now and that I have only taken advantage of it 3 times... Well, something just isn't right if I can't find it completely irresistable. haha

That is Awesome! My size 12 from Proper came with both Green tongues and so far I've seen either red tongue or green tongue on the Sk8 His but you got one red and one green! talk about unique. My favorite part is that the right shoe has the big triangle with purple arrows on top both inside and outside and then the left shoe has a completely different pattern with the arrows and a solid purple on the top. You definitely got the most unigue pair I have seen so far. I wonder if any Slip Ons got sent like that...

Good stuff Sam. Looks like the only 2 versions of the sk8 hi's I've seen so apparently you got 1 of each. The tongue is minimal compared to the slip ons but I guess you an consider them to be 2 different slip on's and 2 different sk8 hi's (only the tongues are different)
