That's why we have Brant "SiloKinesis" who is more than willing to help those like you who can't get Syndicates where you live! The rest of us who live in areas where Syndicate accounts are prevalent, can also help I'm sure.

There is no official Preorder, but like I said, Brant, or some of us can help track down pairs for you, or direct you to spots. We'll know more as we get closer to the release.
