“Vans has now launched the latest episode of Collaboratory, whose focus is the making of the recent Vans x MadeMe video. Created by MadeMe in promotion of the forthcoming collaborative collection with Vans, the video is presented by MadeMe’s founder Erin Magee. The ad itself enlists Tigga Calore, a friend of the brand known for her unique dance moves, who busts a move or two to a track specially created by Nina Sky. Entitled “Life is a Mystery” the ad appears during the latter half of the video for a brief preview of the next episode.”

The Vans Pro Skate team recently finished up a tour in Brazil, and a short video was made, documenting the trip, in chronological order.  The team toured around local skate parks, and made appearances at skate demos all throughout Brazil.  Check out the video, and see Steve Caballero, Omar Hassan, Josh Borden, Alex Perelson, Jeff Grosso, and Pedro Barros rippin’ it up!

We haven’t heard much from OTW lately, but OTW advocate Dimitri Coste has been keeping busy, by shooting an 8-page layout for Intersection, the auto sports themed magazine, on location in Monaco.  I’ve always wondered how this guy was able to afford his massive Vans sneaker collection.  If you recall, he has the largest known Vans collection in the world, and he was featured in the Vans “Stories of Sole” book, that was sold at every Vans store.  The shoot featured the Venturi concept vehicle, and French actress Pom Klementieff, as well as tons of other rich guy toys.  This video was more of a commercial for Intersection, but because it was conducted by Dimitri, we had to represent.
