Vans Vault – Era LX “Twill Canvas” (Spring 2012)

Due out this Spring from the Vans Vault line, are these interesting Era LX’s. Releasing in a pack being labeled as “Twill Canvas”, each pair boasts a mixture of twill canvas and suede materials, but there’s more to it than just that. Each one of the four colorways has a split personality, with the inner panels of each shoe, being a different color than the outside panel of that particular colorway. So theoretically, there’s 8 colorways releasing in this pack! Each pair sports round leather laces, as well as silver metal lace eyelets. Each pair sits on top of a white vulcanized sole, and the foxing stripe matches the suede toe and heel panel colors. Expect to see these in April at your local Vault dealer.

Vans Vault – Priz Hi Lace II LX (Spring 2012)

Here’s an updated version of the Priz Hi Lace from the Vans Vault team. This version, known as the Priz Hi Lace II LX gets it’s inspiration from the Sk8-Hi, and maybe the Native American as well. This time they’ve deleted the ankle straps, though. Seen here in two full-grain leather colorways, Brown Leather, and Vanilla. Both pairs sit on top of an all-white vulcanized sole, with a leather stitched foxing stripe for that premium touch. They’re finished off with metal eyelets on the top 3 holes, and round leather laces. Definitely a nice addition to the April Vans Vault lineup.

Vans Vault – Priz Laced LX (Spring 2012)

The Priz Laced LX is back for the Spring season from the Vault team. Constructed in fine premium leather, and featuring some nice higher end touches, like the leather stitched foxing stripe, brass lace eyelets, and round waxed laces. Each pair has a leather toe cap that is colormatched to the midsole color, which blend together continuously, for an interesting color blocking. These are available in 3 colorways: Mink, Antelope, and Dark Slate. Due out at your local Vault dealer, starting March 1st.

Vans Vault – Sk8-Hi Boat Crepe LX (Spring 2012)

Here’s a new one from Vans Vault. This Spring, they’re offering the popular Sk8-Hi Boat shoe, in a version that utilizes a crepe sole. Perfect for the tree hugger in you! I kid, I kid. Available in two colors: Black, and Mahogany, in a mixture of premium leathers and a vintage looking canvas. Whether you’re in grad school, or you’re a college professor, these are definitely right up your alley. They’re shaping up to be a solid release, and I expect these to not sit around long. Vans Vault – Cuerpo LX (Spring 2012)

The Cuerpo LX will be returning this Spring in it’s sophomore season. The model made it’s debut in the Fall 2011 Vans Vault line, and it had a fairly warm welcome, with it’s familiar shape and style. A somewhat hybrid between a 106, and an Authentic, the Cuerpo LX will be offered up in two colors: Black, or Sunrise, both in a premium tumbled leather option, with a stitched leather foxing band around the midsole. It’s got Vault metaphorically written all over it! Due out in the Spring at your local Vault dealers.
