This is going to be a big weekend of sneaker releases, and Wish ATL‘s first Vans Vault collab is part of that lineup. They’ve created a video to showcase the Sk8-Hi Reissue LX and Classic Slip-On LX that make up their “Fine Wine & Olives” collection. This is a stunning collaboration, and Wish did a superb job. Congrats on their first of hopefully many more Vans Vaults to come!

After seeing a teaser a few weeks back, Atlanta’s premier sneaker boutique and authorized Vault by Vans dealer, has released photos of their upcoming collaboration with Vans, dubbed the “Fine Wine And Olives” Pack. The theme is a juxtaposition of “luxury meets the Atlanta streets”, and there’s no lack of luxury on either of these pairs, that’s for sure. From the premium leathers in Rio Red and Dark Olive, to the terry cloth and corduroy linings, to the instantly recognizable cross-stitching that can be seen on both pairs. Each pair finishes off nicely with a tanned leather heel panel. These are quite simply beautiful!
The sk8-hi will be $120, and the slip-on, $85 respectively. Both will be available on November 13th, exclusively at Wish ATL.

“We are back with another collaborative project with Vans. The Sneakersnstuff x Vans ”London Pack” is our second Vault release with Vans and this time we decided to work on two classic silhouettes – the Old Skool LX and the SK8-Hi LX.
Since we opened up our store in Shoreditch we’ve had a bunch of near death experiences. Why you might think? Well, they do drive their cars on the ”wrong” side of the road! One thing we’ve learned is to look both right and left before walking over the street. You can’t be safe enough!
Both the Sneakersnstuff x Vans Old Skool LX ”London” and the Sneakersnstuff x Vans SK8-Hi LX ”London” are made in highland suede with a screen printed ”Look Left, Look Right” checkerboard pattern. Scotchgard™ Protector by 3M will keep you dry while walking the streets of London and both shoes comes with three sets of laces. The yellow and red accent colors comes from the single/double yellow lines and red routes on the roads in London.
For our first release we designed a skate deck that was given away to friends and family. Of course we will release a deck this time as well and we will release a few of them on our website on the release day.
The Sneakersnstuff x Vans ”London Pack” will be released in very limited numbers October 17th as part of the Vans Vault program. This is a Sneakersnstuff worldwide exlcusive that will be available at all Sneakersnstuff locations and online at Sneakersnstuff.com.”

“Vans’ Vault line has come together with outdoor specialists The North Face for a functional range of footwear and apparel ideal for the colder months. Utilizing Vans’ iconic footwear designs and The North Face’s technical expertise, this seven-piece collection is comprised by a trio of collaborative colorways of the timeless Sk8-Hi MTE LX and Desert Chukka MTE LX silhouettes, and a limited edition rendering of the staple Nuptse jacket. The footwear designs have been reconstructed with various functional elements including gusseted tongues, reversed waffle lug outsoles, heat retention technologies, The North Face’s slip-resistant winterGRIP® and weatherized leather/suede uppers, with embossed TNF branding and Vans’ trademark heel scab marker rounding out the design. The winter garment retains all the water-repellant and insulation technologies but is emblazoned with a checkerboard pattern that the skate company has become synonymous with over the years. Priced between $120 USD and $300 USD, purchase the Vault by Vans x The North Face collection at select boutiques starting October 31.”

Vault by Vans has teamed up with high end retailer Steven Alan, to bring to us two releases, an OG Sk8-Hi LX and an OG Style 36 LX. Each pair has a combination of black premium full-grain leather, suede, and deep navy corduroy from Italian experts, Duca Visconti di Modrone for a completely original design. Sometimes simplicity goes a long way, and these exemplify that in every way. Steven Alan even went so far, as to create a custom box for their collection, and us collectors really appreciate the small details like that.

The 3rd and final shoe to join this year’s Vans Vault x WTAPS pack is the OG Sk8-Hi LX. This time, they will feature a suede upper with a nubuck croc-skin material on the side panels. Available in a black/grey colorway, as well as an all black version. Will these be more successful than last year’s model? Will it depend on which celebrity helps boost it’s popularity? We’ll just have to wait and see.
