Who wished they didn’t miss out on the Syndicate Hosoi Bash Vulc “S”? The Bash model from Vans was born in the Syndicate line, as part of the W)Taps lineup for the 008 Syndicate release. It was later remade into a version with a vulcanized sole for the legendary Christian Hosoi. These are highly slept on, and as most Syndicates go, you end up wanting them later on. Well you can all rejoice, because Silo just picked up a restock on these gems, in limited sizes. Give them a call, and see what they still got. I’m sure Brant will take a phone order for you. Awhile back we previewed the Syndicate AVE/Dill pack, from a few spy shots from last year’s Agenda tradeshow in Huntington Beach, and it looks like the official pics from Vans Syndicate have released. The people over at Crooked Tongues have been nice enough to leak this info for all of us, and to share the pics sent to them as well. They’ve also written up a nice post on them, discussing a little bit about the Syndicate heritage, and a little bit about the design process on this particular release. They’ve also mentioned that these will be out April 1st, but most Syndicates don’t adhere to a particular release date, so we’ll just say that they release in early April. Also beware of the April 1st date being April Fool’s Day!

To coincide with the recent Syndicate release, the Japanese label W)Taps have created these interesting pieces of clothing, exclusively for the Japanese market. You can see a mixture of outerwear, as well as a few bleached denim pieces, and thermal under-layer garments. A few of these pieces were shown awhile back by us, but I will repost them along with the newly released pics. Thanks to the homie Brant for the pics and info!

Well I guess it comes to no surprise that the Burgundy Bones Pack is out now, and quickly flying off shelves. I think “flying” is an understatement, and this release has caused a lot of disappointment but not for those saavy enough to hunt down shops that haven’t been “tapped” out, so to speak! Actually, you don’t have to be saavy, you just have to stick with us here at OTWS. Our forums might not have a lot of members, but we’re dedicated, and motivated. For some, it’s to collect, and for some it’s to support, and of course for some, it’s to resell. A lot of the members have been posting up spots that still have sizes left, and any news of new spots getting them is being posted almost instantaneously. All I know, is that most of our core contributing members had no problems getting their pairs, and I’m stoked that a lot more members have been participating as well. W)Taps always brings out the lurkers! Good luck, and happy hunting!

Did you know that the Japanese label has created a few pieces for Vans Syndicate, to coincide with their upcoming burgundy crossbones pack? The clothing line consists of a few outerwear pieces, and a few keychains. These are going to be a Japan-exclusive, but don’t worry, at least we get the shoes!
