I came across some pics that were posted back in January, of some releases coming soon. These pics were taken at the Bright Tradeshow, and there’s a few pics of some releases from the OTW, California, and Vault lines. Which are your favorites?
Another solid release from OTW. The Tustin looks to be geared more towards your every day pair of sneaker. The less flashy, conservative pair that eventually becomes your daily beater, for lack of a better example! Made up of a mixture of suede, nubuck, and mesh material, and available in a purple/gray/black pair, or what looks to be an all black pair, both equipped with wax laces. Thanks again Warped!

The Frazier meets the expectations of those who don’t want the flashy high-top stylings of the Alomar, but have just the right mixture of casual, and skater in them. These are reminiscent of the Chukka Low Syndicate “A La Vie” release, with the vulcanized sole that added the same black accent foxing stripe. Constructed of a nice suede material, that comes in either red or black. Info via Warped.

A high top model, made up of premium leather and suede, with a unique vulcanized sole, that has an added stitch line along the top, for durability, and a touch of style. It comes in black, blue, or brown, and the last pair takes cues from your standard work boot, with yellow/brown round laces, where the other two pairs are shown here with waxed matching colored laces. Thanks Warped, for providing us with some awesome pics of the OTW preview!

Utilizing their deep catalogs of shoe designs, and their extensive artist collaborators who stay on deck, waiting for Vans to call them back up to the plate, Vans has formed a new line, known as OTW, which obviously is a take on their Off The Wall slogan, known worldwide. This new subdivision of Vans, caters to that inevitable “grown man” style, that a lot of sneakerheads gravitate to, after being fed up with the hype of the sneaker game, and who are looking for something that they can wear to their 9-5, and then hit up the local night spot after that, without being sweated by the door man. The styles are all new, but look closer, they definitely have the DNA of some elder models. It’s a perfect way to keep the brand recognizable, yet adapted. I think these will do very well. Vans has just tapped into a new demographic with the OTW line.
