Check out the latest info to come out of the Classics line, by way of this Outdoor Pack. Consisting of a Chukka Decon, LPE (Low Profile Era), and Switchback. Winterized, with suede material, and sherpa lining on a few of the models for added warmth. Some other nice touches, include d-ring lace eyelets, and hiking boot laces for that added ruggedness. Each pair also gets the reversed waffle tread pattern, which is popular amongst the “outdoorsy” themed models. Who else is a big fan of purposeful shoes?

Check out this sharp looking all black series from Vans, dubbed the “Matte Leather Pack”. Each pair is constructed in the same all black tumbled premium matte leather, and sits on top of an all black sole. The pack consists of an Era, Chukka Del Barco, and a Switchback. 3 solid shoes, for a sharp looking colorway. These just might be my favorite all black colorway for the year (get it?).

No, your eyes don’t deceive you. This isn’t the first time you’ve seen this release, but perhaps it’s the first time seeing a few new colorways of it. The “RAD” Authentic is back for the Spring 2012, in the classic BMX cult classic movie inspired black canvas colorway, with red laces, with the RAD logo on the sidewall, but this time he brought a few friends with him. This time, they will be available in a red or blue colorway as well. These will be hitting shelves soon, so hit up your local Vans dealer for more info!

Developed in collaboration with Gilbert Crockett, Chima Ferguson, Chris Pfanner and Andrew Allen, the Stage 4 has a pretty original design, while remaining faithful to the classic Vans styling. Constructed in some premium looking tumbled leather and suede, with square leather laces, and seen here in the burgundy colorway. The main feature of this model is the sole: the “Wafflecup”, or a hybrid vulcanized Waffle Sole between the traditional and the modern cupsole. Designed for skaters, by skaters, this newer model from Vans will be offered in a low as well as a mid version, due out this January. As more info comes along, we will be sure to pass it on to y’all.

The Italian Leather pack is back for Spring 2012, in two new models. Constructed in an all-black color theme this time, with the same premium leathers that were featured on the last pack. Pretty much, it’s Vault/CA quality leather, at a GR price point. This time, Vans chose the 106 Moc LX, and a newly revised 106, known as the 106 LP. It features the Era “Low Pro” soles, found mostly on Womens shoes. This seems to be a new trend with the hipsters. To each their own! The Italian Leather pack is always looking sharp, and everyone needs a pair or two in their collection, agree?
