Vans Core – Era Pro (Spring 2012)

The Spring 2012 Era Pro is dropping soon, and the colorways this time around are perfect. The Black/Tan model is constructed in a mixture of suede and nubuck. The Burgundy/Antique White colorway is built using a combination of suede and canvas, and the Black/Pewter model gets a suede and DURASuede ® mock-up. The Era Pro features the same removable thick padded sockliner as always, and the signature Duracap toe bumper as well. These should be hitting your local Vans stores soon.

Vans Classics – Era “Neoprene Pack” (Spring 2012)

Here’s an interesting new Era from the Classic collection. These Era’s are constructed in neoprene and canvas, which allow for a slightly more flexible fit, and I’m betting that these are quite comfy. Available in some really nice looking colorways: First off, is a Black/Grey/Aqua colorway. Next, is a Blue/Black/Red version, and last, a familiar colorway we’ve seen before with a denim pack: Black/Orange. I really want to get my foot into these, and see what they’re all about! Now available at Vans DQM General Store in New York for $50.

Vans Classics – Era Wingtip (Fall 2012)

The Era Wingtip is becoming part of the normal lineup these days, as we see it return here for the Fall season. Available at the General Release level, these will be offered in a Red or Black suede variant, with a leather wingtip. Some spiffy white contrast stitching just on the wingtip sets these off just right. Available in the Fall at your local Vans dealer!

Vans Classics – Two-Tone Pack (Spring 2012)

For the Spring, Vans chose to design this two-tone pack in a Midnight Navy/Black colorway. Constructed in half suede, and half canvas, these should sell just fine. Available in an Era, 106 Vulcanized, and my favorite, the Half Cab. The suede lining is a nice touch as well! These should be available soon at your local Vans store.

Vans Half Cab 20th Anniversary “Butterscotch” (now available @Silostore)

The first “widely available” 20th Anniversary Half Cab is now available at Silo, in the original colorway butterscotch. These are somewhat limited, and every month a new colorway will release, with the special edition tags that say “Half Cab 20 Years” on the side. These are a solid piece to add to your collection, and Brant can hook you up with these over at Silo!

Vans Core – Type II (Spring 2012)

The Type II is back for the Spring 2012 season. The Type II features a vamp that is pulled back past the ollie point for durability, and a narrowed throat for a closer fit, giving way to a slimmer overall shape and silhouette. The sidewall heights are lower as well, improving flex and allowing more surface area on the upper for better board control. Classic designs run consistently throughout their skate line, and the Type II builds on that history.

Bread & Butter – Vans Preview (Fall/Winter 2012)

It looks like Hello Kitty’s back for the 2012 season! I came across these samples while on eBay, and thought some of you’d like to see them. These are all in a kids sz13, so I don’t know if any of these will be available in women sizes as well, but if any new info comes along, I’ll be sure to pass it along, because who doesn’t love Hello Kitty?!
