There’s been quite a few photos going around the internet of multiple new colors for the Vans iPhone4 case, and most assumed they were fake, and rightfully so, due to the price point for one, and well, we know people who know a thing or two about Vans! We knew there were new colors coming for sure, but weren’t sure about which ones, until today. We can now confirm, by way of the Vans webstore, that there are two new color offerings: Black or Pink, with a gum waffle backside. Any other colors out there are just plain old fakes, so don’t support them! Vans x Metallica – “Kill ‘Em All” Sk8-Hi & Slip-On (Coming early 2013!)

Next year is going to be an epic year for the Vans band series. They’ve teamed up with Metallica for a plethora of releases, including the “Kill ‘Em All” Pack seen here. Consisting of two classics, the Sk8-Hi and Slip-On, featuring iconic art from the album. The shoe’s have an over-all black, white, and red tone, and feature Metallica brand embroidering on the heel of each shoe. I can’t wait for these, as a lot of others as well! If you don’t know much about Metallica, then get on to your Netflix account and start watching all of the documentaries that have been done on them, and you may have a new found respect for the iconic heavy metal band. These are due out next year, but the 20th Anniversary Half Cab will be out during the Holidays. We can’t wait!

Vans Classics – Era 59 & Zapato Del Barco “H&L Pack” (Fall 2012)

The C&L Pack is back for the Fall 2012 season, in some fresh seasonal colorways. H&L stands for “herringbone & leather”, and these feature the signature tartan plaid print on the inside lining, as well as the leather heel tab, and tongue. It’s got that sophisticated casual look that is pretty poular right now. The pack consists of a Chili Pepper, Dress Blue, and Wild Dove colorway.

We finally get a sneak peek at the 20th Anniversary Half Cab Pro “Metallica” shoe. It’s been in the rumor mill for about a month now, and there’s been a little bit of talk on the forums as well, but we finally have some pics of what to expect, thanks to Steve Caballero (@steviecab), himsef! Good ‘ol Instagram. He’s out in Atlantic City this weekend for the ORION Music Festival, along with a few other skateboarding legends, to put on a skate demo and signing, and show off these shoes, as well as the 2013 Metallica Band Series Collection. Stay tuned, as we bring that collection to you next!
