Vans Vault has worked with Dover Street Market, as part of their Monochromarket Black Friday collection.  Choosing their iconic “HUT” checkerboard design, they created two iterations, a black and white, and a black and black tonal OG Era LX.  The white pair is similar to past Vans designs they’ve created, but this time around it’s on a Vault OG silo.  They sold out almost immediately on both the EU and US sites, but I’m almost positive you’ll find them on eBay shortly, as this seems to be the demographic who buys out the initial inventory.  Try your luck in-store!

Vans Vault and Firmament come together to reflect on modern society with the capsule collection
entitled ‘MODERN LIFE’.

The collaboration affirms the subjective nature of how we digest information through the daily use of internet, TV and social media. Stark graphics, tabloid headlines and a ‘Crack Down On Power’ hit foresee the one and two-way communication in which we engage subconsciously.

The collection consists of the Vans Vault Epoch Sport LX, Classic Slip-On VLT LX & Authentic VLT LX, as well as branded T-Shirts, Sweatwear
and Accessories.

All items will be available for purchase at Firmament in-store from Friday November 29th and online December
1st at www.firmamentberlin.com. European Vans Vault retailers will launch the footwear on December 6th.

A pre-launch event will take place at the Firmament Store in Berlin Friday November 29th.
The presentation of the collection will be supported by a special installation and the debut screening of the
‘Modern Life’ video directed by J.K. CHEKPO.
