It is now official! We know for sure, that the Old Skool is in fact, releasing for the Spring/Summer collection at Supreme. A new navy color has also shown up that wasn’t seen previously. Looking to be a solid release for Supreme, with 6 different colorways, there is no doubt that there is something there to satisfy everyone. These will release on the 17th, this Thursday online, and in US stores. Japan will follow, on the 19th.

There’s been news of this release for awhile now, but the news has officially broke on the Hello Kitty blog, that the collaboration between them and Vans is due to release in June. Available on Vans.com, all Vans stores, Sanrio.com, and a few Sanrio boutiques, these will have grown women going crazy for the models that are releasing in their sizes. That’s right, I said grown women! Forget about all the little girls, because I don’t think Vans knows how crazy the HK fans really are. This will bring out all of them, that’s for sure.

“Sanrio and Vans have teamed up to launch a footwear collaboration for Hello Kitty fans, Vans fans, and sneakerpimps of all ages! Arriving in June, the Vans x Hello Kitty collection will feature an awesome variety of styles and designs, including the Classic slip-on in checkerboard print, low-top laced Authentic in all-over prints and high-top Sk8-Hi D-Lo, in a cute custom print. RAD!
The collection will be available at Vans Retail store, the Vans online store and Vans dealers nationwide as well as select Sanrio Boutique Stores and here at Sanrio.com in June 2011. Prices will range from $25 for an infant and $37 for a child’s Classic Slip-On to $55 for the unisex Sk8-Hi D-Lo high top sneaker.”

As we patiently wait for the Mike Carroll’s to drop, we now have another colorway that these will be offered in, to show you. This black on black colorway is one of the original colorways the Mike Carroll was offered in, so it’s nice to see it return. The best thing about the black soles, is that they don’t show wear and tear, like the white ones. Stay tuned as we get more info on more Supreme releases. It’s overwhelming!

The Supreme leaks just don’t stop, and here’s another colorway of the upcoming Old Skools that are due to release in the near future. There’s already four colorways that we’ve found, and this Black and White colorway can be added to them. Same mesh/suede combo, but in all black, with a white sole. No other info as of yet!

As we patiently await the next Vans drop from Supreme, some new pics have surfaced from the same sources that brought us pics of the Mike Carroll’s that are due in the near future. There is absolutely no info yet that we can confirm, so we’ll just call it a future release, and you can just all patiently wait until more news surfaces. These are done up in a white canvas material, with black zebra stripes, while sitting on top of a white midsole, with a gum boat shoe bottom. A little accent piece, by way of a black and blue small-checkered pattern can be found on the rear ankle tab. Enjoy the pics!

Check out this dope New Era that just dropped exclusively at In4mation, that coincides with the In4mation x OTW Bedford that just released. Constructed in black denim, with a brown pleather brim. Check out the underside, all done up in red, like the inner lining of the shoe. Vans branding is on the rear, while the In4mation x OTW tag that was used on the tongues of the shoe, are found smack dab in the center of the front. Now available on the In4mation web shop.

Vans and Italian premium fabrics brand Limonta, have teamed up for this interesting new project, apparently named the Luxury Collection. The first thing we all need to know, is that this is being released in the Japan market only, with no info on a US/worldwide release. The two styles, the V3101 LX MLT high top and the V3091 LX MLT, are completely opposite of the rest of the Vans family, and perhaps this is why they are exclusive to the overseas market. Different tastes for different parts of the world. These are constructed with Limonta premium fabrics on the uppers, and the inside is lined with a very premium looking leather, with a Limonta tag sewn to inside of the ankle. Vans and Signal Snowboards have gotten together to create these awesome powderboards with the top graphic being a huge, blown-up checkerboard Slip-On. These things would be dope, just hanging up on the wall! According to the video, it’s just a promotional item that Signal created in-house, as part of their recurring “Every 3rd Thursday” video releases, and the resulting pair of boards were given as a gift to Steve Van Doren, but we will keep you posted if any new info on a production release arises. For now, check out this video from Signal, of the entire design and manufacturing process, as well as the boards in action.

Hawaii’s been coming out with some heaters lately, and right off the heels of the In4mation collaboration, comes the Fitted Hawaii x Eighty-Four Skate Era Pro. Consider yourself lucky if you got a pair, because these definitely took a little bit of work to get…at least until Blue Hawaii Surf helped out the Vans sneakerheads by putting almost a full sized run on their web store. I just got my pair today, from my friend who lives in Hawaii, who took a trip down the street to the Blue Hawaii Surf Pearlridge store. Word is, there’s going to be a restock at Fitted, and perhaps this time, they’ll be taking phone orders. Stay tuned for the latest updates, and meanwhile, enjoy my close-up detailed pics!
